quarry company, alleged to have been caused by a defective brake on one of defendant's flatcars which was being used by the
quarry company on its tracks in a quarry owned by it. The case was tried before William J. Archer, Judge, and a jury. At the
close of the evidence, the court directed a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff appealed from an order denying his motion
